You may return items sold and fulfilled by City Grove Press within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if still in new condition. If the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay for return shipping costs. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, either the sender or the recipient may file a claim with USPS. If an item is damaged by the recipient, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
